San Antonio is preparing for one of the city’s most anticipated summer celebrations as the Psi Alpha Scholarship Foundation presents its 17th Annual White Martini Party on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Henry B. González Convention Center.
Known as The Party with a Purpose, the annual event brings together fashion, music, fellowship, and community impact. Thomas Martin, chairman of this year’s event, is helping lead the effort to deliver another memorable celebration while advancing the foundation’s commitment to education and community service.
This year’s White Martini Party will take place inside the convention center’s Stars at Night Ballroom, where guests will fill the room in elegant white attire. The all white dress requirement will be strictly enforced, creating the signature atmosphere that has helped make the event a San Antonio summer tradition.
The celebration is scheduled from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. and is open to adults age 21 and older. Organizers are expecting a strong turnout of professionals, community leaders, foundation supporters, and visitors ready to enjoy an evening of dancing, entertainment, and meaningful connections.
Beyond the style and excitement, the White Martini Party serves an important mission. Proceeds benefit the Psi Alpha Scholarship Foundation and its work to provide higher education scholarships to deserving high school students. Every ticket, sponsorship, and donation helps reduce financial barriers while opening doors to college, career opportunities, and future success.
The experience extends beyond Saturday evening. Weekend activities begin Friday, August 14, with a free premixer from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Midtown Lounge, located at 1100 East Houston Street. Guests can enjoy music, dancing, and fellowship in casual attire. The weekend concludes Sunday with an 11 a.m. checkout brunch at Tony G’s Soul Food, located at 915 South Hackberry Street. Brunch purchases are handled individually.The Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk will serve as the host hotel, placing visiting guests near the convention center and other downtown attractions.
For 17 years, the White Martini Party has demonstrated that celebration and service can share the same dance floor. Under the leadership of Chairman Thomas Martin, San Antonio will once again dress in white, gather in unity, and support brighter futures through education.
